Pursuant to section 55L(3)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Financial Conduct Authority has decided to impose certain requirements on Equity for Growth (Securities) Ltd ("EFGS"). EFGS is currently unable to carry out any regulated activities for which it has a Part 4A permission. EFGS has made an application to the Upper Tribunal disputing the imposition of the requirements. These requirements shall remain in force unless and until varied or cancelled by the Financial Conduct Authority.
